Front Passenger Side Airbag Crash Sensor G180

• The front passenger side airbag crash sensor (G180) is installed on the door subframe.

The general safety precautions for working on airbag, belt tensioner and battery cut-out units (pyrotechnic components) must be observed.

- Disconnect the vehicle battery.

- Remove the front door trim. Refer to => [ Front Door Trim ] Service and Repair.

Removal and installation of Front Passenger Front Airbag Crash Sensor (G180) is identical to removal and installation of the Driver Side Airbag Crash Sensor (G179) and the procedure can be derived from this:
