Exhaust Gas Temperature Sensor 3 G495

Removing

- Remove the engine cover. Refer to => [ Engine Cover ] Engine Cover.

- Remove the connector - 6 - from the bracket and disconnect it.






- Free up the wiring guide for exhaust gas temperature sensor 3

- Remove the rear noise insulation.

- Remove exhaust gas temperature sensor 3 (- 1 -).






Installing

• For the correct tightening specification, refer to => [ Exhaust Sensor Overview ] Exhaust Sensor Overview.

Install in the reverse order of removal. Note the following:

• Coat the exhaust gas temperature sensor 3 threads with hot bolt paste, refer to the Parts Catalog.

Note the installed position:






• Dimension - a - = 10 mm between the exhaust gas temperature sensor 3 (- 2 -) and the coolant line - 1 -.

- Install the rear noise insulation.
