Headlamp Range/Cornering Lamp Control Module (J745), Output Diagnostic Test Mode

• A malfunction in the range control and in the variable front lighting will be displayed in the instrument cluster by the "lamp failure indicator lamp".

- Connect the vehicle diagnostic tester. Refer to=> [ Vehicle Diagnosis, Testing and Information Systems ] Testing and Inspection.

- In the vehicle diagnostic tester , select "guided fault finding".

- Using the "Go to" button, select the "function/component selection" and the following menu options in sequence:

• Body

• Electrical Equipment

• 01 - On Board Diagnostic (OBD) capable systems

• 55 - headlamp range control UDS

• 55 - Headlamp range control, functions

• 55 - Selective output diagnostic test mode
