Driver and Front Passenger Inside Door Handle Illumination

Special tools, testers and auxiliary items required

• Trim Removal Wedge (VAS 3409)

• Release Lever (T10039)

When removing and installing components in visible area (switches, covers, trim, etc.), cover by taping the areas at which a prying tool (plastic wedge, screwdriver) will be positioned using commercially available adhesive tape.

• Removing and installing the Driver interior door handle illumination bulb (L146) , the Front passenger interior door handle illumination bulb (L147) , the Left rear interior door handle illumination bulb (L133) and the Right rear interior door handle illumination bulb (L134) is identical.

Removal

- Turn off the ignition and all electric consumers and remove the key.

- Remove the door trim panel..

- Disconnect electrical connector.






- Turn the bulb socket - 1 - 90° to the left and remove it.






Installation

Install in reverse order of removal.
