Door Warning Lamp Bulb

Special tools, testers and auxiliary items required

• Trim Removal Wedge (VAS 3409)

Removal

When removing and installing components in visible area (switches, covers, trim, etc.), cover by taping the areas at which a prying tool (plastic wedge, screwdriver) will be positioned using commercially available adhesive tape.

- Remove the door warning lamp. Refer to => [ Door Warning Lamp ] Door Warning Lamp.

- Unclip the lens - arrows - from the bulb housing.






- Remove the glass base bulb in - direction of arrow - from the bulb socket.






Glass base bulb: 12V, W5W

Installation

Install in reverse order of removal. Note the following:

- Make sure the lens clicks securely into the bulb housing when installing it.
