• 45 Nm

3 Bolt

• 5 Nm + an additional 90° (1/4) turn.

• Always replace.

4 Bolt

• 5 Nm + an additional 90° (1/4) turn.

• Always replace.

5 Thrust Washer

6 Drive Sprocket

• For the left timing chain.

7 Timing Chain

• Before removing, mark the direction of rotation with paint.

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Timing Mechanism Drive Chain ] Timing Mechanism Drive Chain.

8 Guide Rail

• Pay attention to the installed position.

9 Bolt

• 5 Nm + an additional 90° (1/4) turn.

• Always replace.

10 Bolt

• 5 Nm + an additional 90° (1/4) turn.

• Always replace.

11 Pin

12 Thrust Washer

13 Drive Sprocket

• For the right timing chain.

14 Pivot Pin

• 12 Nm

• Install using liquid locking fluid. Refer to the Parts Catalog.

15 O-ring

• Always replace.

16 Chain Tensioner

• With the chain sprockets.

20 Guide Rail

21 Pivot Pin

• 12 Nm
