High Pressure Pump Toothed Belt Overview






1 Front Toothed Belt Guard

• Install the guard at the bottom and clip it on the sides to secure.

2 Nut

• 70 Nm

3 Bolt

• 23 Nm

4 High Pressure Pump Toothed Belt Sprocket

• Remove using the puller (T40064). Refer to => [ Removing the High Pressure Pump Toothed Belt Sprocket ].

5 Idler Roller

6 High Pressure Pump Toothed Belt

• Before removing, mark the rotation direction using chalk or a felt-tip marker. A reversed turning direction can cause damage to a used toothed belt.

• Check for wear.

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ High Pressure Fuel Pump Toothed Belt ] High Pressure Fuel Pump Toothed Belt.

7 Bolt

• 9 Nm

8 Rear Toothed Belt Guard

9 Toothed Belt Tensioner

10 Toothed Belt Pulley

11 Bolt

• 75 Nm

• With a washer.

• Use the retainer (3036) to loosen and tighten.

12 Bolt

• 23 Nm

- Remove the high pressure pump toothed belt sprocket using the puller (T40064).
