Upper Left Coolant Pipe

Removing

- Drain the coolant. Refer to => [ Coolant, Draining ] Coolant, Draining.

- Remove the EGR cooler switch-over valve (- 1 -) from the bracket.






- Remove the bolt - 4 - and the engine cover ball stud - 2 -.

- Free up the wiring harness - 3 - on the top of the coolant pipe on the left side.

- Loosen the clamps - arrows - and remove the upper left coolant pipe.

Installing

Install in the reverse order of removal. Note the following:

Tightening specifications, refer to => [ Coolant Pipes Overview ] Coolant Pipes Overview.

• Secure all hose connections using hose clamps appropriate for the model type.

- Fill the coolant. Refer to => [ Coolant, Filling ] Coolant, Filling.
