Brake System Vacuum Pump (V192)

• It is not possible to service the Brake System Vacuum Pump. If there is a malfunction, replace brake system vacuum pump.

Removing

- Raise and support vehicle.

- Remove sound insulation.

- Remove the vacuum hose - A - - arrow -.






- Unclip the wiring harness - C - and move it to the side.






- Disconnect the connector - B - from the brake vacuum pump.

- Remove the connector lower section from the bracket.

- Remove the coolant pipe bolt - 1 -.






- Move the coolant line back and forth and remove the bolts - 2 - from the bracket.

- Remove the brake vacuum pump together with the bracket.

Installing

- Install in reverse order of removal.
