Noise Insulation Assembly Overview

• Slight changes may have to be made to removal and installation procedures, depending upon engine installed in vehicle.






1 Noise insulation, front

• Removing:

- Remove the bolts - 6 -.

2 Rear noise insulation

• Removing:

- Remove the bolts - 5 -.

- Remove the rear bolts - 6 - from the front noise insulation.

- Pull the noise insulation out in a backward direction.

3 Angle bracket

4 Hex nut

• For angle bracket

• Quantity: 2

• 6 Nm

5 Bolt

• Quantity: 2

• Tightening specification: 6 Nm

6 Bolt

• Quantity: 10

• Tightening specification: 6 Nm
