Front Passenger Frame

Removing

- Turn off the ignition.

- Remove the front passenger trim. Refer to => [ Front Passenger Trim ] Front Passenger Trim.

- Remove the 3 screws - 1 -.

- Use the wedge (T10383/1) to remove the front passenger frame - 2 - beneath the right vent from the mounts - arrow A -.

- Hold the frame in this area under tension so that it does not reengage.

- Use the wedge (T10383/1) to remove the frame beneath the left vent from the mounts - arrow B - and hold under tension.

- Use the wedge (T10383/1) to remove the frame above the left vent from the mounts - arrow C -.

- Carefully remove the frame from the instrument panel without tilting it.

- Disconnect the vent harness connectors.






Installation

20 rubber tabs are attached around the periphery of the rear side of the frame. Prior to installation, ensure that the frame is equipped with all rubber tabs!

- Connect the vent harness connectors.

- Install the front passenger frame - 2 - in the instrument panel, apply pressure on the bottom left and engage.

- Use 3 bolts - 1 - to bolt the frame to the instrument panel (1.5 Nm).

- Install the front passenger trim. Refer to => [ Front Passenger Trim ] Front Passenger Trim.
