Keyless Entry Transmitter Battery: Service and Repair







Battery for Remote Control Key

Removing






- Press the button with the company emblem - 3 - on the remote control key - 1 - - arrow a -.

The emergency key - 2 - is released and jumps slightly out of the remote control key - arrow b -. The key ring on the emergency key - 2 - folds down - arrow c -.

- Push the release - 4 - and the button with the logo - 3 - with a screwdriver - 5 - at the same time - arrow a and arrow d -.

- Pull the emergency key - 2 - out of the remote control key - arrow e -.






- Turn the remote control key over to the back side - 1 -.

- Insert a narrow screwdriver - 4 - into the left recess - 3 -.

- Open the locking mechanism.

- Remove the cover - 2 - from the remote control key.






- Turn the remote control key back over to the front side - 1 -.

- Remove the battery compartment - 3 - from the remote control key.

- Remove the battery - 2 - from the battery compartment - 3 -.

Installation

Before installing the battery, one of the buttons must be pushed.

The radio remote container is reset and only recognize a new battery.






Note polarity and installation position of battery when installing.

- Install the battery - 2 - in the battery compartment - 3 - with the positive terminal pointing down.

The positive terminal is marked on the battery compartment and the battery.

- Install in reverse order of removal.
