Interior Door Handle Illumination Bulb (L146)/(L147)

The driver interior door handle illumination bulb (L146) or front passenger interior door handle illumination bulb (L147) is inside the door trim panel.

• The following describes removing and installing the driver interior door handle illumination bulb (L146).

• Removing and installing the front passenger interior door handle illumination bulb (L147) is identical.

Removing

- Switch off the ignition and all electrical consumers and remove the ignition key.

- Remove the door trim panel.

- Remove both screws - arrows - and the shell - 1 -.






- Open the retainers - arrows - and remove the door opener - 1 - from the door trim panel.






- Remove the driver interior door handle illumination bulb in - direction of arrow -.






Installing

Install in reverse order of removal.
