Exhaust Manifold Overview

• After exhaust system installation work, ensure system is spaced far enough away from body. If necessary, loosen the double clamp on the front exhaust pipes and align the pipes again.

• Do not use sealants containing silicone. Traces of silicone components which are sucked into the engine are not burned there, and they damage the oxygen sensors.

• Replace the self-locking nuts.






1 Intake Manifold Front Support

• Bolted to the cylinder head.

2 Bolt

• 20 Nm

3 Bolt

• 20 Nm

4 Gasket

• Bank 1

• Cylinders 1, 2 and 3.

• Always replace.

5 Exhaust Manifold

• Bank 1

• Cylinders 1, 2 and 3.

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Exhaust Manifold ] Exhaust Manifold.

6 Nut

• 25 Nm

• Always replace.

7 Heat Shield

8 Bolt

• 20 Nm

9 Intake Manifold Rear Support

10 Exhaust Manifold

• Bank 2

• Cylinders 4, 5 and 6.

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Exhaust Manifold ] Exhaust Manifold.

11 Gasket

• Bank 2

• Cylinders 4, 5 and 6.

• Always replace.
