- Install the coolant pump.
- Tighten the coolant pump bolts. Tightening specification: 8 Nm
- Install the coolant pump pulley. Tightening specification: 20 Nm
- Lift the engine using the engine support bridge (10-222 A) and tighten the engine mount to engine mount bracket bolts hand tight.
- Align the engine mount as follows:
• There must be a distance of at least 10 mm - a - between the engine mount bracket - 2 - and right longitudinal member.
• The casting edge on the engine mount bracket - 2 - must be parallel to the engine mount support arm - 1 -.
- Tighten the new bolts for the engine mount to engine mount bracket. Tightening specification: 60 Nm + an additional 90° (1/4) turn.
- Install the pendulum support.
• For the pendulum support bolt tightening specifications, refer to => [ Engine/Transmission Mounts Overview ] Engine/Transmission Mounts Overview.
- Install the ribbed belt. Refer to => [ Ribbed Belt ] Ribbed Belt.
- Fill the coolant. Refer to => [ Coolant, Draining and Filling ] Service and Repair.
- Install the right front wheel housing liner.
- Install the noise insulation.
- Install the right front wheel.
1. Tighten all the wheel bolts evenly by hand when mounting the wheel.
2. Tighten the wheel bolts diagonally to approximately 30 Nm.
3. Lower the vehicle to the floor and tighten all the wheel bolts to specification diagonally using a torque wrench.
