1 Nut

• Quantity: 2

• For the bracket that attaches the heater and A/C unit to instrument panel crossmember

• Tightening specification 4,5 Nm

2 Instrument panel crossmember

• Removing and Installing, refer to => [ Instrument Panel Central Tube ] Instrument Panel Central Tube

3 Nut

• Quantity: 2

• For the bracket that attaches the heater and A/C unit to instrument panel crossmember

• Tightening specification 9 Nm

4 Bolt

• Quantity: 2

• Tightening specification 9 Nm

5 Brace

• Bolted to the back of the crossmember

6 Adjuster

• Adjustable

• Locked into the brace - 3 -

• Serves as a balance between the crossmember and bulkhead

7 Mount with extensor

• Driver side instrument panel crossmember bracket; bolted to the A-pillar

• The bracket can be used to align the instrument panel. Refer to => [ Instrument Panel, Aligning in Vehicle ] Instrument Panel, Aligning in Vehicle

8 Driver side deformation element

• Attached to the instrument panel crossmember

• Removing and Installing, refer to => [ Driver Side Deformation Element ] Driver Side Deformation Element

9 Bolt

• Quantity: 2

• Tightening specification 1.5 Nm

10 Bolt

• Located inside the plenum chamber on the left side

• Tightening specification 20 Nm

11 Mount with extensor

• Front passenger side instrument panel crossmember bracket; bolted to the A-pillar

• The bracket can be used to align the instrument panel. Refer to => [ Instrument Panel, Aligning in Vehicle ] Instrument Panel, Aligning in Vehicle

12 Bolt

• Quantity: 1

• Instrument panel crossmember to bracket - 11 -

• Tightening specification 20 Nm

13 Bolt

• Instrument panel crossmember bolt to center tunnel

• Quantity: 2

• Tightening specification 20 Nm

14 Threaded plate

• Threaded plate for center tunnel bolts

15 Bolt

• Instrument panel crossmember bolt to center tunnel

• Quantity: 2

• Tightening specification 20 Nm

16 Center deformation element

• Bolted to the instrument panel

• Removing and Installing, refer to => [ Center Deformation Element ] Center Deformation Element

17 Bolt

• Quantity: 2

• Instrument panel crossmember to bracket - 7 -

• Tightening specification 20 Nm
