Air Filter and Engine Cover

Removing

- Loosen the spring clamp - 2 - and the intake hose.






- Remove the bolts - 3 - and disconnect the intake hose.

• Ignore 1.

- Pull the engine cover up, with a jerk out of the mount, first at the front - arrow 1 -, then at the right rear - arrow 2 - and finally at the left rear - arrow 3 -.






- Carefully swivel the engine cover out of the rear area.

Installing

• Rubber bushings => [ (Item 6) Rubber Bushing ] Air Filter and Engine Cover Overview must not be treated with lubricant, neither for assembly in the air filter nor for assembly on the engine.

- Position the engine cover correctly in the mounts and press in by hand.

The rest of the installation follows the reverse of the removal procedures.
