Fan Shroud with Fan

Removing

- Remove the engine cover. Refer to => [ Engine Cover ] Engine Cover.

- Remove the noise insulation.

- Remove the cover for the air guide; disengage the side clips to do so - arrows -.






- Release the left and right spring clips - arrow A - and disconnect the lower air guide - 2 -.






- Move the lower air guide slightly to the rear and disengage the lower air guide - 3 -.

- Disengage the air guide pipe - 1 - from the lower air guide - arrow B -.

- Remove the bolts - arrows - from the lock carrier and remove the air guide.






- Remove the air filter housing with the Mass Airflow (MAF) sensor and connecting pipe. Refer to => [ Air Filter Housing ] Air Filter Housing.

- Release and disconnect the connector - 1 -.






- Remove the bolts - arrows -.

- Remove the fan shroud with the fans upward.

Installing

Install in reverse order of removal. When doing this note the following:
