Rear Shelf






Rear Shelf

Removing

- Remove the left and right C-pillar trim. Refer to => [ C-Pillar Trim ] C-Pillar Trim.

- Remove the belt end fittings for the left and right rear outer seat belts.

- Remove bolt - 1 - on both sides (40 Nm).

- Remove the belt end fitting on both sides - 2 - from the locking tab - 3 -.






- Remove the clips - 3 -.

- Unclip the clips - 2 -. Pull the rear shelf - 1 - in - direction of arrow -.






- Pull the rear shelf - 4 - in direction of travel - arrow A - until the guide pins - 1 - come out of the guide inside the body - arrow B -.

- Disconnect the connector - 3 - from the high-mounted brake lamp bulb (M25) - 2 -.

- Guide the left and right outer belt end fitting out of the side belt guides in the rear shelf.

- Guide the center seat belt out of the opening - arrow C - in the rear shelf.

- Remove the rear shelf - 4 - from the vehicle.






Installation

- Install in reverse order of removal.

Check all the fasteners for damage and replace if necessary.
