Bluetooth(R), UHV NAR (9W7), Voice Recognition Language Incorrect
Technical Background
The voice recognition language is incorrect for the user.
Production Solution
Not applicable.
Service
^ Access Vehicle Self Diagnosis.
^ Select AW 17, Instrument Cluster.
^ Select 012 Adaptation.
^ Select the appropriate language from the drop down menu.
^ Select the "Value" box where the language is displayed and select US English" from the provided list.
^ Forward arrow and verify the screen confirms the Language has been changed to the selected version.
^ Once complete the next screen should be displayed.
^ Click the Forward arrow to confirm and save the changes.
^ Exit Vehicle Self Diagnosis.
^ Cycle the key.
^ Press the Mic to confirm voice recognition language is correct.
