1 Sunroof glass panel (one-piece safety glass)

• Removing and Installing, refer to => [ Sunroof Glass Panel ] Sunroof Glass Panel

• Height adjustment, refer to => [ Glass Panel Height Adjustment ] Glass Panel Height Adjustment

• Checking the parallel movement, refer to => [ Glass Panel, Checking Parallel Movement ] Glass Panel, Checking Parallel Movement

• Adjusting the parallel movement, refer to => [ Glass Panel, Adjusting Parallel Movement ] Glass Panel, Adjusting Parallel Movement

2 Bellows

• Left and right

• For covering slotted guide rail

3 Bolt

• 3 on each side

• Tightening specification: 7 Nm

4 Bolt

• 2 on each side

• Tightening specification: 1 Nm

• For attaching the sun shade to the gliding piece

5 Glide piece

• 2 on each side

• For the sun shade

6 Sunshade

• Removing and Installing, refer to => [ Sun Shade ] Sun Shade

7 Assembly unit

• Removing and Installing, refer to => [ Assembly Unit ] Assembly Unit

• U-frame (with guide channels) - The guide channels can be lubricated if necessary, but only use special grease G 000 450 02. Otherwise, proper function cannot be guaranteed.

8 Bolt

• Quantity: 12

• Tightening specification: 8 Nm

• For attaching the assembly unit to the body roof

9 Bolt

• Quantity: 3

• Tightening specification: 4 Nm

10 Sunroof motor

11 Wind deflector

• Removing and Installing, refer to => [ Wind Deflector ] Wind Deflector

12 Panel seal

• Replacing, refer to => [ Panel Seal ] Panel Seal
