Pressure Hoses







Pressure Hoses

Removing

- Open the clamp - 1 - in - direction of arrow a -.






- Remove the pressure hose - 2 - from the coupling - 3 - in - direction of arrow b -.

Installing

Make sure the clip - 2 - is in the upper position.






- Attach the pressure hose - 3 - into the coupling - 1 - in - direction of arrow -.

- Push the clip - 2 - all the way down.

If the clip cannot be pushed all the way through, this means the pressure hose is not completely attached to the coupling.

Install the pressure hose again and lock the clip.

Pull the coupling to make sure it is secure.

Pressure Hose with Threaded Connection and Clamp

Removing

- Loosen the screw on the clamp - A -.






- Remove the pressure hose and the clamp - A - from the threaded connection.

Installing

- Push the pressure hose and the clamp - A - all the way onto the threaded connection.






- Tighten the screw on the clamp - A -.


The screw on the clamp - A - must be tightened to the exact tightening specification => [ Clamp Tightening Specification ]. The pressure hose could slip off the threaded connection while the vehicle is being driven if the screw is too loose or it was overtightened.

Clamp Tightening Specification





1. Clamp - a - = 13 mm wide: 5.5 Nm

2. Clamp - b - = 9 mm wide: 3 Nm
