• It may be helpful to make drawings or take photos of any wires that are going to be loosened, removed and then installed. This assures the wires will be reconnected correctly.






1 Nut

• Quantity: 2

• Tightening specification 9 Nm

2 Bolt

• Only USA

• Quantity: 2

• Tightening specification 1.5 Nm

3 Bolt

• Located inside the plenum chamber on the left side

• Tightening specification 20 Nm

4 Nut

• Quantity: 2

• Tightening specification 4,5 Nm

5 Instrument panel crossmember, USA

6 Front passenger side deformation element

• Only USA

• Bolted to the instrument panel

• Removing and Installing, refer to => [ Front Passenger Side Deformation Element - USA ] Front Passenger Side Deformation Element - USA

7 Mount with extensor

• Front passenger side instrument panel crossmember bracket; bolted to the A-pillar

• The bracket can be used to align the instrument panel. Refer to => [ Instrument Panel, Aligning in Vehicle ] Instrument Panel, Aligning in Vehicle

• Removing and Installing, refer to => [ Front Passenger Side Bracket ] Front Passenger Side Bracket

8 Nut

• Instrument panel crossmember nut to bracket => [ (Item 7) Mount with extensor ]

• Tightening specification 20 Nm

9 Bolt

• Instrument panel crossmember bolt to center tunnel

• Quantity: 2

• Tightening specification 20 Nm

10 Threaded plate

• Threaded plate for center tunnel bolts

11 Bolt

• Instrument panel crossmember bolt to center tunnel

• Quantity: 2

• Tightening specification 20 Nm

12 Nut

• Instrument panel crossmember nut to bracket => [ (Item 13) Mount with extensor ]

• Quantity: 2

• Tightening specification 20 Nm

13 Mount with extensor

• Driver side instrument panel crossmember bracket; bolted to the A-pillar

• The bracket can be used to align the instrument panel. Refer to => [ Instrument Panel, Aligning in Vehicle ] Instrument Panel, Aligning in Vehicle

• Removing and Installing, refer to => [ Driver Side Bracket ] Driver Side Bracket

14 Driver side deformation element

• Only USA

• Attached to the instrument panel crossmember

• Removing and Installing, refer to => [ Driver Side Deformation Element - USA ] Driver Side Deformation Element - USA

15 Center deformation element

• Only USA

• Bolted to the instrument panel

• Removing and Installing, refer to => [ Center Deformation Element - USA ] Center Deformation Element - USA

16 Bolt

• Bracket bolt => [ (Item 13) Mount with extensor ] to left A-pillar

• Quantity: 3

• Tightening specification 20 Nm

17 Instrument panel crossmember

18 Bolt

• Bracket bolt => [ (Item 7) Mount with extensor ] to right A-pillar

• Quantity: 2

• Tightening specification 20 Nm
