Amplifier: Description and Operation

Amplifier (R12)

• Familiarity with the function and operation is essential in the event of customer concerns. Refer to the Owner's Manual.

• When performing servicing or Fault Finding use Vehicle diagnostic tester.

• After connecting the battery, check all the vehicle accessories, for example, (radio, the clock, the Convenience Systems). Refer to and the Owner's Manual.

Amplifier





The amplifier serves to expand the sound of the radio/radio-navigation system.

The speaker outputs from the radio/radio-navigation system control the signal inputs to the amplifier.

The amplifier is installed under the left front seat.

Troubleshooting

The amplifier has OBD.

Use the Vehicle diagnostic tester under "Guided Fault Finding".
