• 1 Always replace

• 2 Do not lubricate or grease the threads or collar

• 3 For bolt clarification, refer to - items 14 and 15 - in the => [ Toothed Belt Overview ] Toothed Belt Overview

• 4 For bolt clarification, refer to - items 10 and 17 - in the => [ Toothed Belt Overview ] Toothed Belt Overview

• 5 First, fasten the upper left and lower right bolts, and then tighten all four bolts in a diagonal sequence

• 6 Tighten in a diagonal sequence and in steps

• 7 Lubricate the threads and contact surface

- Tighten the new bolts in sequence - 1 through 6 - to 40 Nm + an additional 90° (1/4) turn.
