Brake Pedal Assembly Overview


The path of the brake pedal must not be shortened via extra floor mats.

Grease all bearing areas using grease (G 000 602) before assembling.





1 Mounting Bracket

• Removal and installation, refer to => [ Brake Pedal Mounting Bracket ] Brake Pedal Mounting Bracket.

2 Nut, 25 Nm

• Self-locking

• Always replace after removal.

• First tighten the hex nuts - A and B -.

3 Noise Insulation on the Brake Pedal

• Allocation.

4 Clamping Washer

5 Brake Pedal

• Removal and installation, refer to => [ Brake Pedal ] Brake Pedal.

6 Nut, 25 Nm

• Self-locking

• Always replace after removal.

7 Cover

8 Ball Socket

9 Mount

• For ball head of brake servo push rod.

10 Bolt

11 Bushing

12 Pivot Pin
