Electronic Damping Control Module

Removing

• Component location: Behind the right side luggage compartment trim.

- Switch off all electrical consumers.

- Remove the ignition key.

- Remove the right luggage compartment side trim..

- Disconnect the connector.






- Push the tabs on the bracket - arrows - to the side and slide the electronic damping control module (J250) in - direction of arrow - out of the bracket.

Installing

Installation is the reverse of removal, with special attention to the following:

- Slide the electronic damping control module far enough into the bracket so that the tabs - arrows - audibly latch into place.






- Connect the connector.

- Perform a basic setting on the adaptive chassis DCC. Refer to => [ Adaptive Chassis DCC, Basic Setting ] Testing and Inspection.
