Right Footwell Lamp (W10)

Special tools, testers and auxiliary items required

• Trim Removal Wedge (VAS 3409)

• When removing and installing components in a visible area (switches, covers, trim, etc.), mask off the areas at which a prying tool ( (VAS 3409) , screwdriver) will be positioned, using commercially available adhesive tape.

• Removal and installation for both footwell lights is performed in the same way and is only described for one light.

Removal

- Switch off ignition, switch off all electrical consumers and remove ignition key.

- Pry out footwell light from trim underneath the glove compartment using (VAS 3409) or a screwdriver.






- Disconnect the connector - arrow - and remove the right footwell lamp.






Installation

Installation is performed in the reverse order of removal.
