Headlamp Bracket

The headlamp bracket is bolted to the bottom of the front fender edge and is used for securing the outer headlamp mounting tab. The headlamp bracket is only installed in headlamps with HID lamps and a cornering lamp.

• The following figures show the removal of the left headlamp bracket.

• The procedure for the removal and installation of the right headlamp bracket is identical.

Removal

- Remove headlamp. Refer to=> [ Headlamps ] Headlamps.

- Unscrew the mounting bolts - 1 - and remove the headlamp bracket - 2 -.






Installation

Installation is performed in the reverse order of removal. Note the following:

- Tighten the mounting bolts to the specification shown in=> [ HID Headlamp and Cornering Lamp Overview ] HID Headlamp and Cornering Lamp Overview.
