Glove Compartment Lamp (W6) Bulb

Removal

- Remove the glove compartment lamp. Refer to=> [ Glove Compartment Lamp (W6) ] Glove Compartment Lamp (W6).

- Open the retaining tabs - 1 - and remove the heat shield - 2 - from the lamp diffusion lens.






- Carefully pry the bulb out of the socket.






- Glove compartment lamp bulb: Wedge-base bulb 12V, 5W.

Installation

Installation is performed in the reverse order of removal. Note the following:

- Check the glove compartment switch function. The glove compartment lamp must not light up when the cover is closed.
