Seal, Between the Transmission and Bevel Box, Bevel Box Side

Special tools, testers and auxiliary items required

• Pulling Hook (T20143)

• Thrust Piece (T10298)

Removing

- Remove the bevel box. Refer to => [ Bevel Box ] Removal and Replacement.

- Pry out the seal on the bevel box using the pulling hook (T20143/1) or (T20143/2).






Installing

- Fill the area between the sealing and dust lips - arrow - halfway using sealing grease for seal (G 052 128 A1).






- Lightly lubricate the outer circumference of the seal.

- Install the seal all the way using the thrust piece (T10298).
