Bluetooth Unable to Stream Music using iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, iOS 5.0
Technical Background User experiences no sound output using audio streaming with an Apple device using iOS 5.0
Device can be used with an auxiliary output cable or MDI interface cable (if equipped) in order to play music through the radio.

Service
Advise customer to upgrade phone software to iOS 5.1.x or higher once it is available. Prior to any system diagnosis confirm customer phone software is upgraded.
Refer customer to their local cell phone provider if assistance is needed to update the phone software.
You can manually adjust the volume from the handset to make the BT audio work if the situation happens.
When you exit the car, check the volume level of the ringer to make sure it is not at zero. Otherwise the customers will miss calls / text messages.
