^ Unable to pair phone
^ Sporadically unable to pair phone
^ Calls are dropped sporadically
^ Voice recognition inoperative
^ Audio streaming inoperative
^ Phonebook download inoperative

The concern can be caused by several factors such as:
^ Incompatible phone
^ Customer misunderstanding
^ Internal problems with phone including incorrect system settings
^ Cellular provider network
^ Outside influence to control module
^ Bluetooth(R) module

Phone Compatibility:
Phone compatibility is defined as:
^ A phone that does not meet the minimum performance standards of the 9W7 Bluetooth� system.
^ A phone that is never tested with the vehicle Bluetooth(R) system. An example would be a phone that has not been sold in over 2+ years.
Incompatible Phones
Even though a phone is deemed incompatible, it may still work. The following are characteristics of an incompatible phone
^ Only basic Bluetooth� functionality such as hearing calls through speakers and voice being heard by caller through the microphone is available.
^ Advanced functions such as audio streaming and phonebook don't work or work only sporadically.
^ No Bluetooth(R) functionality available.
