Rear Body Acceleration Sensor G343

Special tools, testers and auxiliary items required

• Torque Wrench (V.A.G 1410)

Removing

- Remove the wheel.

- Remove the left rear wheelhouse liner..

- Disconnect the connector.






- Remove the bolts and remove the rear body acceleration sensor.

Installing

Install in the reverse order of removal. Note the following:

The rear body acceleration sensors must never be interchanged with the front body acceleration sensors, for the allocation, refer to the Parts Catalog.

- Note the rear body acceleration sensor installed position on the bracket.






The tab on the bracket - 1 - must fit into the recess in the rear body acceleration sensor - arrow -.
