Right Luggage Compartment Side Trim, Passat from MY 2006

Removing

- Switch off the ignition.

- Remove floor covering from vehicle.

- Remove spare wheel from vehicle.

- Remove vehicle tool kit mount from vehicle.

- Remove lock carrier cover => [ Lock Carrier Cover, Passat from MY 2006 ] Lock Carrier Cover, Passat from MY 2006

- Remove the seat bench. Refer to => [ Seat Bench, Passat from MY 2006, Passat CC from MY 2009 and CC from MY 2010 ] Seat Bench, Passat from MY 2006, Passat CC from MY 2009 and CC from MY 2010

- Remove the side cushion:

• With rear side airbag, refer to => [ Side Upholstery with Side Airbag ] Side Upholstery with Side Airbag

• without rear side airbags => [ Side Upholstery without Side Airbag ] Side Upholstery without Side Airbag

- Remove rear right backrest => [ Right Rear Backrest ] Right Rear Backrest

- Remove the two bolts - 1 - (6 Nm) and remove the anchor point - 2 -.

- Remove the bolt - 3 - (1.5 Nm).

- Remove screw - 4 - (1.5 Nm) and remove hook - 5 -.

- Remove the four press buttons - arrows - using Release Tool (T10236) and remove trim from mounts in vehicle.

- Disconnect wiring harness from power outlet and lights.






Installing

- Install in reverse order of removal.

• Before installing, check press buttons for damage and replace if necessary.
