Door Hinges Assembly Overview

• The illustration shows the right side. The left side is identical.

• Always replace the door hinge bolts after loosening them.






1 Door

• Removing and Installing, refer to => [ Door ] Rear Door

2 Socket head bolt

• Tightening specification: 50 Nm.

• Always replace bolts after removing them.

3 Door hinge

• Upper section

• Hinge is divided

4 Socket head bolt

• Tightening specification: 50 Nm.

• Always replace bolts after removing them.

5 Socket head bolt

• Tightening specification: 50 Nm.

• Always replace bolts after removing them.

6 Door hinge

• Lower section

• Hinge is divided

7 Bolt

• Tightening specification: 28 Nm.

• This screw is unscrewed to remove the door.

8 Cover

• On the screw on the upper and lower hinge

9 Bolt

• Tightening specification: 28 Nm.

• This screw is unscrewed to remove the door.

10 Socket head bolt

• Tightening specification: 44 Nm.

• Always replace bolts after removing them.

11 Door hinge with door arrester

• Hinge is divided

12 Socket head bolt

• Installed from the inside of the vehicle

• Remove the lower B-pillar trim..

• Tightening specification: 44 Nm.

• Always replace bolts after removing them.

13 Socket head bolt

• Tightening specification: 50 Nm.

• Always replace bolts after loosening them

14 Door hinge

• Upper section

• Hinge is divided

15 Socket head bolt

• Tightening specification: 50 Nm.

• Always replace bolts after removing them.
