Sound Quality Using MDI or AUX Radio Input
MDI or AUX input sounds distorted.
Technical Background
The AUX/MDI input volume is adjustable on all M.Y. 2011 and newer radios. Each radio has a low, medium, and high option. If the sound quality is poor or distorted when using a media device, the input volume setting can be turned down to minimize distortion. With the input volume on a "high" setting, the possibility of poor sound quality while using the MDI or AUX input is increased.
Production Solution
Not applicable.
