Ribbed Belt Pulley without Free-Running Hub

Special tools, testers and auxiliary items required

• Socket (VAS 3310)

• Torque Wrench (V.A.G 1332)

Removing

- Remove the generator. Refer to 2.5L => [ Generator (C) ] Generator (C) or 2.0L gasoline => [ Generator (C) ] Generator (C).

- Secure the generator in a vice by the mounting points.

- Remove the ribbed belt pulley nut from the generator shaft using the (VAS 3310).






Installing

Install in reverse order of removal.
