Fresh Air/Recirculating Air/Back Pressure Door Motor (V425) with Position Sensor (G644)
Removing
- Remove the glove compartment. Refer to Storage Compartments, Covers and Trim.
- Remove the bolts (1.5 Nm) - arrows -.
- Turn the Fresh air/recirculating air/back pressure door motor - 1 - 15° in the direction - A - and remove from the heater and A/C unit.
- Disconnect the connector - 2 -.
• Position of air flow door and the adjustment motor must not be changed.
Installing
Install in reverse order of removal.
• The Fresh air/recirculating air/back pressure door motor fits in only one position on the curved washer.
• After installing, check the function of the back pressure and recirculation door.
• Perform a "basic setting" using the Vehicle Diagnostic Tester. Refer to => [ Checking and Adjusting Components, Automatic Control System ] Checking and Adjusting Components, Automatic Control System.
• Check and erase the DTC memory.
