Striker Pin

• Removing and installing for the left striker pin only is described here. Removing and installing the right striker pin is identical.

Removing






- Remove the bolts - 3 - and the striker pin - 1 -.

Installation






- Position the striker pin - 1 - on the B-pillar - 2 - and tighten the bolts - 3 -.

A striker pin with a curve must be installed.

The curve faces the vehicle interior.

Tightening specification - 3 -: 20 Nm

- Adjust the striker pin. Refer to => [ Door Striker Pin, Adjusting ] Door Striker Pin, Adjusting.
