Inner Window Shaft Seal

Inner Window Shaft Seal

This removal and installation procedure describes only the left inner window shaft seal. The procedure is the same for the right inner window shaft seal.

The seal on the door flange/window shaft has a metal insert in the center.

If this seal part gets bent, it will not be possible to straighten it out again. It will remain "wavy".

Pull the seal upward off evenly from the door flange/window shaft without bending it.

The inner window shaft seal and the outer door seal are components.
