Fuel Door Release Actuator: Service and Repair

Fuel Filler Door Unlock Motor V155

Removing






- Remove the cover in the right luggage compartment trim panel.

- Disconnect the connector - 1 - from the fuel filler door unlock motor (V155).

- Press the rubber grommet - 2 - onto the side panel in the wheel housing.

- Remove the fuel filler door unit. Refer to => [ Fuel Filler Door Unit ] Fuel Filler Door Unit.

- Unscrew the wiring harness - 1 - and connector from the side panel.






- Remove the fuel filler door unlock motor (V155) - 2 - from the side panel - arrow a -.

Installation

Install in reverse order of removal.

- Check that the grommet - 2 - and the connector - 1 - are in their correct positions.






- Install the fuel filler door unit. Refer to => [ Fuel Filler Door Unit ] Fuel Filler Door Unit.

• Make sure all unlock components work correctly.
