Steering Angle Sensor, Basic Setting
Special tools, testers and auxiliary items required
• Vehicle diagnosis, testing and information system (VAS 5051B)
The steering angle sensor (G85) basic setting must be checked after the following assembly work:
• If the steering angle sensor was removed or replaced.
• After removing or replacing the steering column.
• After removing or replacing the steering gear.
• If the steering wheel was offset.
Basic Setting of the Steering Angle Sensor
Use the (VAS 5051B).
