High Pressure Sensor (G65)
Removal
- Remove the plenum chamber cover.
- Disconnect the connector - 1 -.
• If when loosening the high pressure sensor for longer than 1 second coolant is leaking, the high pressure sensor should be secured again and the coolant drained. The check valve in the refrigerant lines is defective and must be replaced.
- Turn high pressure sensor - 2 - out of the refrigerant line in the plenum chamber.
• Counterhold the threaded connection with a suitable tool when loosening and tightening.
Installation
Installation is carried out in the reverse order while noting the following:
- Replace the O-ring.
High pressure sensor torque is 8 ± 1 Nm.
