Removing






Perform the following:

- Remove the rear lid trim panel..

- Depending on the equipment, disconnect the harness connectors - 4 and 5 - from the release button - 1 -.

- Remove the bolts - 3 -.

- Remove the protective cap - 2 -.

- Remove the release element - 1 - from the rear lid.

Installation






Perform the following:

- Insert the release button - 1 - into the rear lid.

- Install the protective cap - 2 - on the release button - 1 -.

- Tighten the bolts - 3 -, tightening specification: 6 Nm.

- Depending on the equipment, connect the harness connectors - 4 and 5 -.

• Perform a function test on the unlocking components before closing the rear lid.
