1 Wiring Harness

2 Delivery Line

• For the AdBlue(R).

• With the reducing agent (AdBlue(R)) tank heater.

• Overview, refer to => [ AdBlue(R) Delivery Line Overview ] Service and Repair.

3 Bolt

• 5 Nm

4 Reducing Agent (AdBlue(R)) Pump (V437)

• With the reducing agent (AdBlue(R)) pump heater.

• With the reducing agent (AdBlue(R)) metering system pressure sensor.

• With the reducing agent (AdBlue(R)) reversing valve,

5 Seal

• Always replace.

• When using new seals, read the information in the Parts Catalog.

6 Gasket

• Always replace.

7 Lock Ring

• 80 Nm

• Remove and install using the special wrench (T50014).

8 Heating Element

• With the reducing agent (AdBlue(R)) tank heater.

• With the reducing agent (AdBlue(R)) reservoir sensor.

• With the reducing agent (AdBlue(R)) temperature sensor.

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ AdBlue(R) Delivery Module ] AdBlue(R) Delivery Module.

9 Gasket

• Replace if damaged.

10 Filter

11 Seal

• Replace if damaged.

12 Cap

• Used for filling.

• Accessible from the luggage compartment.
