Rear Exhaust Pipe with Catalytic Converter

Removing






- Disconnect the exhaust system at the clamping sleeve - arrows -.

- Remove the NOx sensor 2 (- 3 -).






- Disconnect the connector - 5 -.

- Loosen the clamp - arrow - and remove the reducing agent (AdBlue(R)) injector.

- Remove the nuts - 1 - and the bolts - 2 and 4 - a and then remove the rear exhaust pipe with catalytic converter.

Installing

Install in the reverse order of removal. Note the following:

• Tightening specifications, refer to => [ Front Exhaust Pipe with Catalytic Converter, Particulate Filter and Rear Exhaust Pipe Overview ] Front Exhaust Pipe with Catalytic Converter, Particulate Filter and Rear Exhaust Pipe Overview.

- Install the reducing agent (AdBlue(R)) injector. Refer to => [ Reducing Agent (AdBlue(R)) Injector N474 ] Service and Repair.

- Install the NOx sensor 2. Refer to => [ NOx Sensor 2 G687 ] NOx Sensor 2 G687.
