Exterior Mirror Turn Signal and Entry Lamps

General Description

The turn signal bulb in the exterior mirror is installed in the exterior mirror housings.

In addition, there is one entry lamp each in exterior mirror housings which illuminate the dark entry area around opened driver and front passenger door.

Driver exterior mirror turn signal bulb (L131) and Front passenger exterior mirror turn signal bulb (L132) , removing and installing, refer to => [ Exterior Mirror Turn Signal Bulb (L131)/(L132) ] Exterior Mirror Turn Signal Bulb (L131)/(L132).

Driver entry lamp in exterior rearview mirror (W52) and Front passenger entry lamp in exterior rearview mirror (W53) , removing and installing, refer to => [ Exterior Mirror Entry Lamp (W52)/(W53) ] Exterior Mirror Entry Lamp (W52)/(W53).

DTC Recognition and Display

The Comfort System has OBD, which makes it easier to perform Fault Finding on the exterior rearview mirror turn signal lamp and on the exterior mirror entry lamp.

The "Guided Fault Finding" function is to be used for troubleshooting of the systems as described in => [ Vehicle Diagnosis, Testing and Information Systems ] Testing and Inspection.
