Access/Start System Antenna In Luggage Compartment (R137)

The access/start system antenna in luggage compartment is located next to the rear lid unlock bracket.

Removal

- Turn off the ignition and all electric consumers and remove the key.

- Remove the lock carrier cover.

- Disconnect the connector - 2 -.






- Remove both nuts - arrows - and the antenna - 1 -.

Installation

Install in reverse order of removal.

• No coding, basic setting or adaptation is necessary if access/start authorization antenna in luggage compartment is replaced.

- Tighten the nuts to the tightening specification given in the overview, refer to => [ Access/Start Authorization Antennas and Sensors Overview ] Access/Start Authorization Antennas and Sensors Overview.
