Installing

Do not touch the glass of the light bulb, when installing. Your fingers will leave traces of grease on the glass which, when the light is switched on, will evaporate and cloud the glass.

Install in reverse order of removal. Note the following:

Due to lack of space, the cornering lamp bulb must be replaced in the following sequence.

- Make sure the reflector support is the disengaged position.

- Insert the socket and the cornering lamp bulb into the reflector support.

For reasons of clarity, locking the cornering lamp bulb in the reflector support is illustrated as a cutout view.

- Position the metal tab - 2 - on the socket in the recess in the reflector support - 3 -, as shown in the illustration.

- Turn the bulb socket - 1 - forward with light pressure in the - direction of the arrow - to lock the socket inside the reflector support.

- Engage the reflector support once again; when doing this, it should audibly engage.

When installing the cover cap, make sure the cap is properly seated. It is destroyed by entry of water into headlamp.

- Seal the headlamp with the cap.

- Check headlamp for function.
